The Joker... Panchi style

I was real dissapointed with the Joker on The Batman series... so I decided to design him over again. XD
I gave him dreadlocks! XD
I also gave him a scarier face.
I should scan this again sometime. It looked so good on paper! I need a decent scanner. ;-;
